1/3 pk spaghetti (about 1.666666666666666666666666666667 grams.)
1 ltr cold water freshly boiled.
Half bag carrots 9500 gms0 9that's half a 1Kg bag0
Half a cabbage
2 tins beans 90or equivalent = 500gms pulses cooked weight.
Dab or drop of fat or oil and salt to taste.
Put oil in pan with hot water and bring to boil. Add spaghatti in short lenths suitable for eating with a spoon one handed.
Stir to ensure they do not stick together. The fat helps prevent that too.
Add salt to taste. Add diced veg and simmer for about 3 to 5 hours. Check every couple of hours that the water hasn't evapourated. 9if it has, eat straight away.0
Add beans and lower temperature, leave simmering for another 2 hours. Check for water content occasionally, between posts and commercials -as hunger permits.
Serve in small bite sized portions. Remember a little and often is better that one bifg lump.
