A quick snack for the PC. …

1/3 pk spaghetti (about 1.666666666666666666666666666667 grams.)
1 ltr cold water freshly boiled.
Half bag carrots 9500 gms0 9that's half a 1Kg bag0
Half a cabbage
2 tins beans 90or equivalent = 500gms pulses cooked weight.
Dab or drop of fat or oil and salt to taste.

Put oil in pan with hot water and bring to boil. Add spaghatti in short lenths suitable for eating with a spoon one handed.

Stir to ensure they do not stick together. The fat helps prevent that too.

Add salt to taste. Add diced veg and simmer for about 3 to 5 hours. Check every couple of hours that the water hasn't evapourated. 9if it has, eat straight away.0

Add beans and lower temperature, leave simmering for another 2 hours. Check for water content occasionally, between posts and commercials -as hunger permits.

Serve in small bite sized portions. Remember a little and often is better that one bifg lump.

  1. what??? are you pulling my leg? boiling water with spaghetti for 7 hours??? I am wondering if spaghetti would turn in2 water too? weird!here, it takes no more than 2 minutes to make a bowl of noodles, for spaghetti, we boil it for about 15-20 mins then will add some spices in2…anyway, I heard that dried food like noodles or spaghetti include quite lot of salt which is not so good for health…so I am kind of using it the less the better 🙂

  2. If it does go into one bifg lump; allow to cool and cut into slices. Refrain from using keyboard if both hands are required when eating this way.

  3. yep, rite 🙂 "Good Good" such a famous brand name here !but, now there are hundreds of different types…still I like it the most! cheap price and good taste 🙂 No.1 choice!u know how to pronounce it in Chinese, it sounds like "how how" in English :)Of cos, ours tastes burnt too, "red+hot+chilly+pepper" wow, great! 😉 .
