Any chance of getting some animations for this thread? …

Right then.
First the run of the phases:

I have to do this every time because I keep forgetting where…
Ah just remembered…

Back soon.

  2. A problem with the tiomes of the phases as far as I know is that the half hours tend to put a High over Greenland for most other times the pressure over Greenland tends to be a Low.What I tend to lose track of it that some runs are very similar. But after initially reducing the hours to the lowest common (cryptic) denominator, something that might pass for the next hour or the hour previous.The weather has no memory. But the cause of the situation can tend to run on, not because the cause of the weather is only related to the lunar phase not caused by the lunar phase.And that run possible the motion of the planets, has to come to it end. Or whatever the change is. (It might be another planet(s) position taking over.) 06:15 > 6 > 607:30 > 7 > 109:08 > 9 > 307:39 > 7 > 104:10 > 4 > 421:54 > 22 > 417:04 > 17 > 52:35 > 2 > 201:22 > 1 > 109:40 > 9 > 301:25 > 1 > 114:37 > 14 > 219:41 > 19 > 119:19 > 19 > 110:50 > 11 > 507:18 > 7 > 109:58 > 10 > 403:35 > 3 > 321:47 > 20 > 223:47 > 24 > 620:16 > 20 > 411:12 > 11 > 510:41 > 11 > 515:02 > 15 > 303:30 > 3 > 318:52 > 19 > 101:48 > 2 > 204:24 > 4 > 408:56 > 9 > 303:27 > 3 > 318:55 > 19 > 115:54 > 16 > 413:54 > 14 > 213:58 > 14 > 213:15 > 13 > 102:11 > 2 > 219:41 > 20 > 203:19 > 3 > 307:33 > 7 > 112:02 > 12 > 003:32 > 3 > 319:50 > 20 > 200:36 > 0 > 022:08 > 22 > 414:31 > 15 > 314:46 > 15 > 315:32 > 15 > 308:42 > 9 > 305:19 > 5 > 510:21 > 10 > 4

  3. It is the mode of operating that the demise of a spell sauch as this one generates an earthquake in the top end of the North Atlantic at the extreme almost in the Arctic Ocean. One such as this but this is the strongest of its kind (admittedly few) that I have seen:2012/05/246.2 M. @ 22:47.73.0 N. 5.7 E. NORWEGIAN SEA.It will not take one of two directions over the Arctic into the Pacific and run down the coast of Asia or North America.Eventually of course it will end up in the Fijian Triangle but where the main event will take place I can't say.Usually it is Japan but the last super quake was one of two in Indonesia. There is just as much reason to suspect it will hit San Fransisco or Chile.I.e. None. All I can say is that you will be able to track it.

  4. Blast!There were two of them:4.7 M. consecutive with the above:2012/05/24. @ 23:46. 73.0 N. 2.9 E.Originally posted by Weatherlawyer:

I can't say I have seen many but I have never seen any like that. Usually it is just the one Mag 4 to 5.

Costa Rican authorities have raised the alert level for the Turrialba volcano, after it started spewing smoke and ash into the atmosphere. The country's National Seismology Network raised the level to yellow, indicating an eruption is imminent."The hydrothermal part of the volcano is interacting and giving off decompressions or small explosions in the peak of the southwest crater and this is causing rocks to be thrown and gases," said seismologist Carlos Ramirez. "The volcano has presented certain events which has led to suspicions of an eruption, such as the movement of fluids inside the volcano," added another seismologist, Lepolt Linkemer. The last registered eruption from the volcano, which is situated east of the capital San Jose, was in January 2010, when two villages had to be evacuated.

My money's still on the Mexican:Potocatepetl:Originally posted by Smithsonian:

16-22 May, multiple gas-and-ash plumes were observed daily rising as high as 1.5 km above crater. Incandescent fragments ejected from the crater landed on the flanks as far as 800 m away. Seismicity remained high. The Alert Level remained at Yellow Phase Three.

Though Fuego and Marapi also look good:http://www.volcano.si.edu/reports/usgs/#popo
